Year round, water like it is at the levels they are as of August 2010, sea level. Dredge, make a few channels to get the tides working properly, and SA would have a year round supply of water. To use those words in the context of the Israeli-Arab situation is completely inaccurate. Israel has vigorously pursued peace, to the point of throwing caution to the wind and negotiating with terrorists. By contrast, the other side has targeted women and children in terror attacks, may G-d save all. Israel has never started a single one of the Mideast wars and every “peace negotiation” has been about how much Israel would give versus how much those who are attacking would take in order to stave off attacks.
